Subject: Re: Today's Land Buyer

USA
Different type of buyer this time. If things turn south most who have bought land recently won't be forced to sell.

I am not planning on buying much more ground, more concerned about trying to get in a position to pass on what I have to my son, and be able to treat my three daughters fairly. The higher land values go, the more difficult this becomes. Would be a lot easier to accomplish if ground would get back in the $2000 range.
