I did not cover the differences in ability. Just as a good foot ball high school with 200 boys in their program, will put roughly 5 boys a year into a College foot ball program. Then every 10 or so year one of these will get a Pro Foot ball offer. Seldom does one of these stay in the NFL more than three years.
We see the some of the same thing in farming. A lot of men take up farming as a vocation. A few have both the talent and the desire. Many have the desire and limited talent. A very few have little talent and/or less desire.
