I'm not sure how effective payment limits would be anyway because wouldn't it just be a matter of putting some of the ground under somebody else's name? I know in our county there are some guy's on the EWG website that are receiving payments under 4-5 different names or corporations, if there is money available somebody is going to figure out how to get it.

I don't see any fair or effective way to limit farm size and as much as I'd like to see the playing field leveled some for us beginning farmer's and don't like the idea of somebody else deciding how big farmer's should be.
