Ever hear of the 3 entity rule. Well I do believe that is in the house bill and I hope to heck it stays in the final bill. That is the one part of the farm program that I really think stinks. I understand a farmer in Minnesota went Jail a time back for extreme abuse of the 3 entity rule. At least if there is going to a farm program only the guy farming it should get the payment, not every cousin and niece working in Cal or Houston or wherever.
