Ground in that time frame would cash flow, but the majority were in fear things would get worse. Fast forward to today, some lenders will loan 80% of land value.

Talked to a banker the other day, that said they were going to loan 80% on $6000 per acre hunting ground. My comment to him was, that he was nuts. Lenders seem to have forgotten what got them in trouble in the 80's.
