Well, I sort of agree, but what's the play? Let's say you buy a piece of ground, barely make ends meet for a couple years then turn it? Turn around and do it again with the profits? My wife has a cousin trying to do that in housing. I hope he doesn't go bankrupt--again. The guys that bought in 80 and 81 didn't think it would drop either, and I bet neither did their bankers.
