I will take your story as truth as I have no reason not to.  From other posts you know I don't like the government subsidies.  You would be a large farmer I like.  Do not need the subsidies, does his own work. 

The guys I rant about farm more than 5000 acres with 3 hired hands, drive around town moaning about how tough it is down on the farm, and argue at FSA for their "fair share" so the boy can come home to farm, i.e. drive around in the pickup doing nothing.  I have no problem with large farmers doing their own work and busting butt every day but they seem to be fewer every year.
