Subject: PE of farming

Pittsburg, Kansas

Terry will probably chime in here and correct me but I was thinking several years ago I attended a meeting where he and one of his cohorts gave a presentation that showed farmland returns and the stock market overall long term average for both were similar. As I recall farmland returned about half of its value from income and about half from long term capital appreciation. Both were in the neighborhood of 10% at that time.
