IMO, we will loose 25% of farmers within 5 years. It won't have anything to do with Gov payments either. The mid size farmer, that rent the biggest part of their ground are in trouble.

The highest rent I have heard in that last 30 days is $330. More than one operation are trying to secure more land with $300 plus rent offers.
