thank you Schmid. Even if you are a flatlander :-) We state facts. I am also guilty of hiring illegals (you can't discriminate based on looks or language). I hate it. I hate the concept of having to tip-toe around under the table with our hiring practices. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. What happened to our country?
