S.C. Wisconsin | I will just add one thing. A guy who works for a dairy supplier came to our farm and is a pleasant guy but I know he has it in for the hispanic labor. I just mentioned casually that if it wasn't for the hispanic's milking the cows he wouldn't have a job. He thought about and said, you know you are right as I have never thought about it that way. If it wasn't for the hispanic's milking cows there would be a lot of people out of work. Dairy suppliers, dairy service people, milk haulers, cheesemakers, and I could go on and on. I would guess off the top of my head for every hispanic milking cows he creates 10 jobs for other people. | |
