After the recent post in the Cafe about dairy farms not paying the bills and then the post here in stock talk about how much money dairies bring in....Is there ANY dairy farmer that is positive to the dairy industry?
Im a young man wanting to dairy farm and every time something comes up on here its always negative towards the industry. I know its extremely tough to make it all work but im in the stages of trying to find somebody to work with to either build a herd on their farm and then rent my own place OR work with somebody on their farm that eventually wants to sell their cows then building and then land.
The only person I know that is positive about it is the guy that I help right now milking 90 cows and doing a damn good job.
