No, I've got a lot of respect for any dairy farmer. What pisses me off is all the animosity towards the larger size of a lot of dairy farms. Who wouldn't want to have a dairy farm large enough to be able to staff it properly? Not many people anymore are talented enough to be the Jack of All Trades that operating a small dairy requires. Dairy farmers are married to their operations anyway, I don't see why people worry if a guy wants to add enough cows to be able to hire enough people so that if someone is gone, he doesn't have to milk.

Lot of bitching on this site as well about the Mexicans who supposedly made these big dairies possible with those cheap wages. BS. They are paid well. Big dairies aren't here because of 'cheap' Mexicans, Mexicans are working on the big dairies because there is work, and they'll do it.
