Ben it is not the cheap wages you pay that piss people off the most(though it is a issue and it is why you can't get good american workers). What makes anyone with an once of decenty upset is that by hiring illeagal mexicans for cheap wages you plantation style farms put family farmers out of business. If you truely had to pay high enough wages to hire good american workers family farmers could compete, but because you break the law you drive down production cost, and keep increasing production till the price of milk collapes and force the quality of life and profit so low that family farmers have to go out of business. To get good quality american work you'd have to pay 60K or more plus benifits. I bet that is way above what you pay your mexican(slaves) on you plantation dairy. In fact why don't you post what you pay rates and benifits are and let us judge if you pay well or not instead of b.s. us.

Strong words from a guy who lives in a state where the median wage is less than $45K. Given that Montana is over 89% white and that those people apparently all make $60k or more, that other 10% must actually be slaves who pay their owners to bring down the median in the state.

How about you check out some facts "instead of b.s. us."
