Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I am not prejudiced about dairy farmers in general.
The ones that came from California and set up shop here are known to be arrogant jerks looking to take advantage of anybody they can. Sorry, that is just the way it is, I know they don't speak for the industry as a whole. It is a shame they get all the attention.
When told they were raping the land and ruining it using up all the aquifer, raising the salinity, putting nitrates in the water, the biggest arrogant jerk that has the dairy just down the road said he "didn't care". When he was done they would just move on to another place.
