EC IL | +1, schmid. For goodness sake, this thread reads like an Al Sharpton/Jesse JAckson press release!...ie, lost the debate, so here's the race card.
This is (supposed to be) a nation of LAWS, not a nation of "men." If you are unable to meet your labor requirements without breaking the law, maybe you should fire your director of Human Rescources, or like schmid says, downsize and do the work yourself. I will continue to lobby my Legislators to enact more strict consequences for disregard of these laws, including mandatory incarceration.
