NW KS | ive had a hell of a time trying to quit soda/pop. I really enjoy drinking it, but if I stop, I get TERRILBE migraine level headaches. I got four or five days in and I couldnt do it anymore. drink a half of a can and the headache was gone, fast. I thought the next step was to measure my intake and start backing it off slowly over the course of a month, litterally by the ounce. not sure if this will work or not.
oh, and when I did try to quit, tea did nothing for me. I still drink a glass of tea almost every day, but subbing it for pop did not help | |
