Nwmo | I completely quit caffeine back in 2018, did it cold turkey. I had been having problems with sleeping just like you. I grew up drinking moms home made tea and continued throughout my adult life consuming large amounts of caffeine. I drink a can of caffeine free diet coke maybe once or twice a day otherwise its water or water with sugar free lemonade flavoring added to it.
Withdraws were bad, headache and a pretty bad back ache for about 2 weeks. Now I can fall asleep within 5 minutes of laying down in bed and I have no problems getting up and getting going in the morning. | |
