| We once rented a Sizuki 3cly car in HI around 1990 and got 50 mpg over 800 miles including a mountain climb. It had lots of zip and was fairly comfortable. Tried to find a similar vehicle on the mainland but was told they were not available in the 48. Could not get a reason why.
Try the 30% ethanol. Many vehicles will get as good a mileage as with regular non ethanol. Just estimate using the E85 pump. We have had as good or better mileage on a SAAB turbo V6 around 27 @65 mph. | |
