Is that 10 around the farm, going back and forth to town etc or on long trips?

Around the farm, not much you can do. I see it's 4x4, that makes a lot of difference too.

Take out the fuel tank, change tires back to original, those will make a little difference, not much. 2002 models are different in the front, not as square, makes a little difference.
My son drives a 2002 and he can get 20 out of it driving 70/75 on long trips. (it's 100 miles to his college almost straight road with 2 towns)
