| I know a guy that a couple years ago sold his fancy farm p.u., bought a old pickup for farm use & a small car to chase parts & such in. About a year later I noticed he had gotten rid of a old p.u. & car & was back to driving a fancy new p.u.
I see nothing wrong with what you are doing, in fact I have considered buying a small car for everyday driving & just using the HD 2500 for the farm & when I need to haul parts bigger than the car would handle. Question would be for me is whether the savings in gas would more than offset the additonal expense of insurance, license, repairs & such for the car. | |
