I’ll add this comment. I’m not against solar or wind power. In fact, if I were building a new house today I would probably put some panels on the roof if it wasn’t cost prohibitive. I might even add a windmill in the yard. But all that should be my decision as to how to spend my money. Not some gubberment mandate. I keep remembering President Eisenhower’s quote about how easy it is to farm when you’re a thousand miles from the field and your plow is a pencil. When the gubberment rams something down the collective throat of the citizens they usually always get it wrong. Let the free market sort it out.
