Ultimate irony for an American farmer to gripe about taxpayer money being thrown at an enterprise. Double irony when one considers that a vast swath of farmland in our country was just handed out, literally free of charge.

I didn’t gripe about the money, I said that’s the only way solar is cost effective.

I griped that solar should be on commercial buildings and in the cities FIRST and that solar is taking away from Caron sequestration by covering farm/grassland.

Oh yea,,,,, neither me, nor any of my forefathers received any free or nearly free land. All was purchased at market value, even when grandpa bought from great grandparents.
