Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning. | Often, when the subject of energy harvesting with PV panels comes up, one or two very astute folks will emerge to discount the usability of panels because of their observation that panels don't produce much when it's night. This is one answer. There will soon be about 100 acres of panels atop a flat roofed building built on an ecological wasteland left behind by a sand and gravel mine. A good sized portion of the site has been reclaimed and leveled for a battery storage facility that will solve the part of no sun at night. Ground has been prepared for stable foundations and is in the process of conduit install for the upcoming cobalt free energy storage mega packs. Fairly new factory just hit a 5,000 car / week production run, which many doubted about this time last year. It is a very interesting time to be alive.
