Interesting, but it isn't my land and if it isn't your land, it's really none of our business. Likely that it is entirely legal to use your land for any lawful purposes in that area. The free market has decided that panels on that patch is the best paying use of that patch. When the panels reach the end of their usefulness the market will again have a say in the use of that land. I would suspect that newer and better, and cheaper panels will be installed there for a long time to come. Likely it will never be farmed again because it is too valuable for farming.





It’s not the free market when a bunch of our tax money is being thrown at it.
