I think what you want is to drain your swamp onto others with no regard for their rights. Sorry, it doesn't work that way for me, or you, or Tesla. If you don't think they had to file permits and agree to what some bureaucrat told them, you are badly mistaken. If you bother to look for them, the papers they filed for this project are public records. I've considered mitigating some of my wetlands but plain old farmland doesn't pay to go through the hassle right now so I just moved on.
