Subject: RE: Off Farm Job Advice

Barton Co. Missouri

Worked 40 years in town and farmed 500 acres. Takes good planning. You mention picking up fertilizer . Here they bring us the spreader loaded and ready to go sitting in my drive. Times it was more efficient to have it hired spread. Time is money. I learned that to do want we did was good business to hire things done while at work. Fertilizer spreading , crops being sprayed meant opened time up for other things to get done! Working ground getting field planted before rain came in. ENJOYING TIME WITH FAMLIY.
