Subject: RE: Off Farm Job Advice

NC IA
I work full time in an office job, since 2016 I have worked at home which really helps for farming as I can pop outside if needed for short bursts and just make up time as needed.

My thoughts - you should change jobs if your burned out. I was burned out in my last job, and a year back I moved to another role (same company but different area). Really made a big difference in my life outside work, as I'm happier and more content. Before all I could think about was quitting and farming full time (unlikely to happen), now I look forward to the challenge of my town job every day.

I think you could hire the trucking to be done for grain hauling to solve the issue of not being available to do it yourself.
