NE Ohio | I guess I should have said that I have some very close friends who currently work at the "new job". All of them love their jobs, one is in the same department I would be in. Some actually used to be coworkers of mine at my current company.
Id love to be full time on the farm, but realistically that will not happen for a long time if ever.
Both jobs are a stones throw from home. Id have to travel a little to find another place to work.
