There's a lot of land I would like to buy around here.  I can afford to pay about $700 per acre for it.  I guess my neighbors must be bad, too, because it seems that every time land sells, someone pays more for it then that.  Heck, some  will pay twice that much....

Now, if I had good neighbors, shouldn't they let me buy it for $700?
