I guess there are two types in this world of ag:

Those who view it as business and those who have old money and will farm till it is all gone.

I am not going to hit on a neighbors land lords, but his land lord would not be wanting to make change if he was HAPPY. And if you are going to lose it I don't have any problems with me or someone else taking it. That goes for my landlords too.

People downplay the importance of their relationships with their landlords. I cringe when I hear about someone talking to their LL once or twice a year. When I hear that the first thing I think is that land is available and the farmer doesn't even know it...
