Northeast Ne | I can relate to what everyone is saying. I am a young farmer, and if it wasn't for my family and good neighbors I wouldn't be able to farm full time. I just hate to see how competitive it has has gotten. In our area guys from up to 20 or 30 miles away are sending out letters to people. Most of them swoop in, pay way to much rent, then leave when it doesn't work out. It seems to create alot of hard feelings between people. I am all for competition, it is what makes the world go round, it is just to bad to see that farming has become so cut-throat in some areas. My 2cents | |
