central - east central Minnesota - | Common sense and risk assessment goes a long way . . . Thugs can size up and read a person pretty quick - That makes a difference on who gets prayed on. The way some people look and come across, are simply at more risk then others. Now-a-days, it's different, then back then. Drug crazed people and gang bangers just shoot, knife or bludgeon on a person for no reason. The old rules of warfar, so to speak, are gone from the old thugs which make it riskier now-a-days. This new generation of thugs are worse then terrorist . . . . Being in a high risk area during the day is much different then at night when the thugs are at their highlight. Problem now is, the crazies are moving around more so, now you could be in the nicest part of town and get zapped - Some people go asking for trouble and others have common sense and risk assessments before trouble starts . .. | |
