I can remember years ago when I was still milking cows, I'd be in the field on a Friday afternoon watching people going home from work and envying them because not only was their day over, their week was over, I still had to milk, then milk again the next morning and night, and the morning and night after that........
Sometimes it was about all I could take if I dwelled on it very long.
Then there are us who do both. Badged in at work at 5:15 get out out at 3:00 drive home change clothes and get in a tractor till after 9:00 only to go home and feed cows. Weekends aren’t on the lake they are in the field. In our plant 5 guys out of 70-73 hourly farm another is a gonna be slum lord, couple of the electricians dabble in side jobs.
