The sad thing is the a-holes employ and dont appreciate the good ones, and the nice guys employ the slobs and slackers. If they could figure out a way to swap employees, each would get what they deserve. lol
Obviously there are plenty of exceptions to this extremely generalized statement, so dont anyone take it to heart. Just a generalized observation.
Nowadays its definitely easier physically, but not so sure its easier mentally. Seems like alot of money pit disasters at every turn awaiting many.
