How many hired hands have gone days without seeing their school age children because they are working that many hours?
I do, make some +100 hour weeks in busy seasons,
Leave home at 5 in the morning because of a non profit I volunteer to catch up on until 8 I am in office, leave at 6 and go earn some extra with a side hustle until midnight and do that 6 days a week and energy levels sure take a toll.
