Southeast Colorado | 10 years or so ago my wife's sister graduated from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. The Thunderbirds always perform at the end of the ceremony. It was great how the cadets have your attention in front of you and right when the event is coming to a close, the jets sneak in behind you and all of them simultaneously shoot across right over your head! Then they put on a show for 20 or 30 minutes out in front of you.
My favorite is when they play the low rider song, and one of them comes puttering along at about a 45 degree angle just bouncing along. It's hilarious!!
