You mean something like making up a story about the operator stepping on the accelerator instead of the brake pedal to attempt to shift blame to the operator instead of the machine???
Until I see some evidence that the car is to blame, yes. The dude himself is as much as admitting that it was his fault. Just because he claims he didn't "feel" anything, doesn't mean it wasn't doing anything. When stuff starts happening quickly and you know it isn't going to turn out good, I doubt a person concentrates much on how the brake pedal feels. |
