| If you have a basement, put drain tlie around the INSIDE of the footer under the floor as well as the outside.
Water can/will build pressure under the floor, several time I have drilled holes in basement floors and had water squirt out.
A fix if you have water seeping through a basement slab is to take the cover off a floor drain and drill some holes in the pipe if you have a drain in the floor. Just be sure it doesn't carry any other water. | |
