central - east central Minnesota - | In the guest wash room and all bathrooms with a "throne" - I work a storage drawer cabnet in. It stores the essentrial toilet paper and other women personal items. .. For the washer dryer room, figure in a drying closet. It will save huge amounts of electric / gas of not useing the dryer. It's basiclly is a clothes closet with HVAC plumbed in. I had it plumbed on to the air exchanger so it always had air cicurlating in there. It dryed clothes really fast. Wife uses it all the time. Now with the newer washing machines that really spin the water out of the clothes, it hardly takes anything to dry them. Oh, I forgot to mention the little stair light built into the wall. It has a 5 watt compact floresant bulb in it. It stays on all night. It doesn't blind you if you get up in the middle of the night and is enough light to see what you are doing . . . .Now they have LED bulbs that use even less energy that could be used in that stair light.
