North Mo. | Your not holding them Jim it takes longer to finish on grass. Remember grain feeding is like on steroids. And it really doesn't take much grain. But hey if a consumer wants it supply don't just say the replies some of you have posted. Roy your right most will not grade choice I would venture to say few would be CAB but so what, I go to the local C and R mkt and they advertise USDA Select.. As to the cheap, oh no, like Cy said longer on grass means more land in use. Yes there is lots of land in the Midwest where grass should be pastured. The important thing to remember and I tell the people on another more grass friendly site is EAT MORE BEEF . Oh by the way I am going to eat Prime Rib tonight and I am sure it is corn fed. Ben | |
