Interesting post. Thank you. My concern would be the holding them to 24-26 months. Why do you do that? Is it worth the expense to get them to the 1250-1300 lb range? Why not harvest them at 1000-1100 or do you see the additional backfat by holding them longer? That is twice as long as the 13-14 months I am harvesting at.
