North Cental Mo. | First, cattle don't finish on grass, it just doesn't happen. People butcher grass fed cattle, but not finished cattle. I didn't know the medical world ever said grass fed was more healthy, I'd like a link to that. Most of the information you will find on the topic will be from people or groups that are out to make a $, they are not doing it for the information's sake. #'s can easily be found to support both sides. Some like to do the grass beef thing, heck I don't care as long as they eat beef. But for the most part they do it because it is cheap, not because they believe the beef is better than grain fed.
