SC North Dakota | I was 36, dad was 66. Fell out of a tractor and front tire run him over. I found him about half hour later. That was end of May about 6 years ago. I enjoyed many years farming together and we had just finished up most of the crop, and cows were set to go to pasture within a week.
We've adapted and are making things work since then. But I really understand others when they say if they could only bring them back for a day. I think of that often just to show him all we've done since and what he's missed. | |
