4 days after my first birthday.   Dad died of Lukemia.   One of my uncles that is also a veteran said my dad commented that considering what the agent orange did to the jungle brushing the agent orange dust off the generator every morning can’t be good.  Guess he was right.    

My grandfather ( mom’s dad) sorta took me under his wing and was a father figure and taught me the love of farming.  I was 37 when he passed.   Both of my kids are adopted and came after his passing I feel bad he never got to meet them.
