I was 32 and Dad was 64 in 2000. I still have dreams that involve us and the farm. The worst ones are having crops out until spring, which never actually happened.
My story is similar, me 38........him 60. Died of a tractor roll over in 2004.....and I was the lucky one who found him.
The part that's most similar is the dreams. I dream a lot every night..........and I'd bet he shows up at least a couple of times a week. And most generally............there's something going wrong on the farm. Like crops out into the next year..........or corn barely emerging and it's almost October! Strange strange.
