56, he was 84 in 2012. Grumbled a little about stomach pain all summer 2011 but wouldn't go see about it. Still regret not letting him run the combine the last day of harvest 2011. As my wife was taking him back to the field to get the pickup or cart that last day she said he got to crying that this would be the last harvest he would see, and he was right.
