East central IL | I was 56 Dad was 84 of cancer the day after my birthday. Our family was all together at my sisters house where he was staying while receiving Hospice care. Our Mother died the previous year also of cancer, we finished combining corn in the evening went home to tell her which she was not able to communicate at that point she passed the next morning. Dad was helping me put fpthings away when sisters called, we were all there at the end for each parent.
I still see things I want share with them, as I’ve been reading this I can feel his presence, miss them greatly as you all do. | |
