Iowa | Because throughout all human history that was the way it had been. I guess you could follow “moral” kings who just knocked off people who didn’t give them everything they wanted. Yes you can site slavery and womens right as shortcomings of the founders, but compared to anything else available at the time the system of government was light years ahead of ALL - and put a framework in place to correct the wrongs.
