We crossed the 100K deaths threshold due to OD's in 2021, and 2022 will show a significant increase over that when the accounting is finally done.

Nothing is being done about this now. Trump was able to slow, but not reverse the increase in 2018 and 2019, with stricter policies on imports from China and border restrictions with Mexico.
